These terms explain the rules for using desi and its applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the desi website or applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Services
The service is operated by desi, A Public Benefit Corporation, 251 Little Falls Dr., Wilmington, Delaware 19808 and provides a technology platform and digital services that support the desi ecosystem, including scheduling, check-ins, and ride reminders.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use desi. The service is not directed to children under 13.
4. Accounts and Authentication
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@letdesi.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
desi works with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Google and Microsoft Integrations
If you choose to connect a Google or Microsoft account, desi may request the following access:
Google
- openid, email, and profile
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly
Microsoft
- openid, profile, email, and User.Read
- Calendars.Read
- offline_access
These are used only to identify the connected account and to read event title, time, and location for a check-in or ride reminder the person requested. desi does not request Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Microsoft mail, files, or contacts, and does not sell that information.
You can revoke access at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
desi and its content, branding, and software are owned by its operator or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.
9. User Content and Data
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us permission to use it only as needed to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep desi available but may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, desi and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless desi and its operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using desi at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
