1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the desi website and applications handle information. The operator is desi, A Public Benefit Corporation, 251 Little Falls Dr., Wilmington, Delaware 19808.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and messages you send us, along with basic technical information like device type and usage logs needed to operate the service.
3. Information Provided Through Google or Microsoft
If you choose to connect a Google or Microsoft account, desi may request the following access:
Google
- openid, email, and profile
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly
Microsoft
- openid, profile, email, and User.Read
- Calendars.Read
- offline_access
These are used only to identify the connected account and to read event title, time, and location for a check-in or ride reminder the person requested. desi does not request Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Microsoft mail, files, or contacts, and does not sell that information.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. OAuth and Third-Party Account Access
Connections use the provider’s own OAuth consent screen, which lists the requested access. You can decline. desi never sees your Google or Microsoft password.
5. How Information Is Used
We use information to provide and improve the features you request, send check-ins and ride reminders, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate desi, when required by law, or with your consent.
7. Data Storage and Security
Accounts and connection data are stored in Supabase. Message and customer records are stored in GoHighLevel. Access is limited to people whose work requires it, and information is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Data Retention
We keep information while your account is open. We delete it within 90 days after the account is closed, Google or Microsoft is disconnected, or a deletion request is confirmed.
9. User Choices and Account Controls
You can update your information, disconnect connected accounts, or ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting compliance@letdesi.com.
10. Revoking Google or Microsoft Access
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or your Microsoft account’s app permissions page. You can also email compliance@letdesi.com and we will disconnect the account.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses only the essential browser storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
12. Third-Party Services
desi relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, messaging, and calendar access. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
13. Children's Privacy
desi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Request deletion of your information.
Email compliance@letdesi.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the email address on your account and whether Google, Microsoft, or both were connected. We delete your information within 90 days after confirming the request.
